-Create 4x4 access hole outside kitchen area, tunnel in approximately 5 ft, cut out and repair broken pvc pipe. Camera inspect the rest of sewer line. Hang pipe to concrete for support. City permit and inspection included. -Tunnel additional 6 ft to cut out replace suspected broken section of pipe -Tunnel additional 3 ft over from current tunnel, chip out broken drain in concrete, replace broken section of pipe -Dig up broken section of main sewer line in front yard, cut out and replace with new pvc pipe and fitting Backfill after inspection Total due after backfill 5 yr warranty on all repairs
Redo thermostat wire connection at furnace to repair shorted wire and fuse
Found power switch turned off
Came out to inspect system and give estimates for duct cleaning. Found system condensation drain needing to be upgraded and condenser coil to be dirty and need to be cleaned. We will not be able to help with duct cleaning due to not having the type of machine needed for the type of duct application.

Found sewer line for upstairs bathrooms stopped up and causing leak thru ceiling Cleared sewer and camera inspected found roots Excavation crew digging today and repair Friday
Cap off left tank that is leaking Add shutoff and supply lines
Found thermostat for downstairs system blank. Went to the furnace to confirm power and check connections. Found power there and went back to the thermostat to check power. Found the thermostat on a working. Checking connections at the furnace seems to have solved the issue. If issue returns, call us back to take another look and a second diagnostic will not be charged.
Gave quotes for duct cleaning and air sanitation.
Replace Frostproof spigot if brick access is required will be extra
Customer has broken piping under sink and has clogged drain. Will need to snake drain from under sink due to there being no clean out and install new piping under sink Snake kitchen thru pipe under sink and install new piping supplied by customer Recommend new basket strainer and replacing section of pipe in wall Water is draining but arm in wall is falling backwards or has severe build up that snake can not clear Not responsible for any piping leaking under sink was customer supllied
Customer called us for no water at master faucet Valve was off she sat old no diagnostic charge over phone

Cap off line under kitchen sink in add on will have to cut wall open we do not patch Repair leak on pipe 1/2 cpvc outside
1. Replace faulty shut off valve to master toilet that does does not shut off. 2. Replace fill valve master toilet that does not shut off. 3. Dig up and install pressure regulator to get pressure to safe psi of 70-75
Replace air handler drain pan
Reset power and cycle system mulitiple times to test ignition components and heat rise. Found the system locked out and flashing an ignition fault. Unable to determine the cause at this time. Monitor system and if issues return, we can take another look to try to get it to recreate the problem. I don’t want to just change components without know if I’m doing the correct repair.
Found blower motor failed went ahead and replaced blower motor and customer moved forward with replacing the blower wheel as well as. System is back up and operating properly
Going to replace furnace control board after replacing control board it finally gave code for pressure switch fault. Will have to come back with manufacturer pressure switch but have her up and running with universal for now . Stellar membership for a year plus semi annual 4” filter change with thermostat replacement.
Came out today for kitchen sink not diverting, recommend replacing faucet or diverter. Is a Peerless brand. Installed customer supplied fill valve in upstairs master bathroom

Repair on sprinkler vacuum breaker on side of home and insulate
They came out at night during a snow storm when our heat went out. They were able to quickly fix the problem and show us what to do if it happened again, before they could come fix the underlying issue. I’m so grateful. We have lots of pets and plants that all would have suffered greatly had we been forced to wait overnight for service. I would recommend them to others and will used them in the future.

I was truly blown away to be able to call a heating and AC company on the coldest day of the year and get a service tech out within a couple of hours. Rocky was knowledgeable and forthright.
