Customer has humming noise throughout house We observed this noise when turning on master shower, master tub, upstairs shower. We went and turned the water heater off to try and isolate where noise was coming from and after turning it back on we never heard the noise again. We told customer it could be one of the cartridges, a bad pressure regulating valve, or expansion tank. Customer will wait and see if noise returns and have us back to install toilet provided by them upstairs and re evaluate

I called in the evening and Rocky was able to come out that next morning and get everything working again very promptly. Highly recommended, very professional, good service.

Update 4/2/26:
Once again I called last night and this morning Felix showed up at 8 o’clock sharp. He was very thorough and helpful at not only explaining what my issue was but how I can prevent it in the future.
