Arrived found breaker tripped verified compressor and fan motor wasn’t grounded then turned breaker back on and ran everything seemed in order placed gauges on system and found system to be low with system not able to cool properly it could have been the cause behind the breaker tripping . Customer was okay with adding 1 lb of 410a and system is back cooling with a 20 degree delta t

Drain clear

Performed 2 system cooling maintenance. Found both systems cooling and components operating properly. Condenser coils were extremely dirty. Cleaned coils. Need to return with more parts for drains.

Leaving estimates for single stage vs inverter and all new ductwork.

Performed preventative maintenance In Lewisville and found water heater flue pipe disconnected went ahead and reattached for customer

Arrived found 4 ton Trane compressor not running verified capacitor was bad and contactor was extremely burnt. After replacing both items system is back cooling. Pressures looked decent may be a little low on 410A . With system being thirteen years old advised to put money away and prepare to replace at some point so they could be ready when they decide.

Repair leak at suction line at indoor unit, pull vacuum and recharge system.

Remove old leaking garbage disposal and install new one Test for leaks 2 yr warranty

Both systems are from 2012 both are removing 15 degrees of heat from home I did do a quick leak search but found nothing. I let customer know that with us just now truly establishing a history that I’d hold off on doing anything and that if it doesn’t feel normal once the heat comes we’d waive the diagnostic with repair . Found breaker tripped for upstairs condenser. Reset and restarted unit multiple times. Tested amps and found them slightly high but not maxed out. Monitor and call if it continues to trip breaker. Breaker may be weak.
