Found condenser contactor not released when 24 volts wasn’t present also drain pan is full of water and heavily rusted recommend replacing and clearing drain

Found system frozen coil is newer and doesn’t have any rust and couldn’t find leak let customer know that after letting it thaw out if it freezes again we will waive trip fee and look at refrigerant. Also drain pan is not correct size for existing coil so some of the water is dripping in attic past secondary drain pan.

Arrived at home found system removing between 15-19 degrees of heat from home so it is cooling and showing its age in key components. outdoor condenser information extremely faded was able to get the serial number and then model number . Outdoor unit is 2004 carrier 4 ton system. Going off of specs found with model number compressor is rated for 20 run load amps it is under running at 17.5 amps on the higher side but still under the manufacturer specs condenser fan motor is rated for 1.4 and running above manufacture specifications at 1.58. Dual run capacitor is extremely low which is causing everything to over compensate highly recommend replacing before complete failure. Indoor furnace is carrier from 2004 blower wheel is extremely dirty. Furnace blower motor that pushes air has oil leaking it sure how long it has been but eventually the bearings in motor will lock up blower amp rating is 7.9 amps and currently running at 8.07 which is just over specs with oil leakage and highe
