Gave condenser a good cleaning replaced 16x25x4 filter in attic . Furnace blower motor is running within manufacture specifications. Primary drain line is clear and water is flowing. System is removing 20 degrees of heat as seen in pictures. Over all good health for Lennox system talked with customer about insulation. She will have an insulation comps out to go over her options

Performed 2 system cooling tune up. Cleaned condensers, checked all electrical components and tested performance. No issues at this time
Pinned Found system with a previous code of 413 (open high pressure switch. After five faults system locks out) found system satisfied at 72° in heat mode. System is a variable speed heat pump. Powered system down and cleared the code. Ran system in cool mode and found no faults. Ran system in heat mode for about 20 minutes and system is producing about 125 degree air at air handler. Evaporator coil, blower wheel, and filter are all clean and airflow is sufficient. Leak searched the evaporator coil electronically and the condenser coil visually as the wind outdoors is very high today. High side pressure settled in at about 425psi and outdoor temperature is 70 degrees. Condenser coil is clean and condenser fan is operating at 100 percent. No indicator of a refrigerant restriction at the outdoor or indoor thermal expansion valve. Pressures are consistent with weather conditions and demand. After sufficient run time, no error is indicated. Cycled system between heat and cool and reversing
