Overall all three RHEEM systems are cooling properly and performing under manufacture specifications. Filters were changed and blower wheels look great. Definitely can see systems have been maintained since installed in 2019. Replaced capacitor on upstairs and downstairs units. Systems are ready to go for summer.

I was pleasantly surprised by Felix’s visit. I had braced myself for the “I found this, and this, and this…” sales pitch that usually results from a system tune up/maintenance. It never happened. Besides checking the HVAC system, Felix checked other potentially problematic systems in my house-areas I hadn’t even known should be checked. He did find some areas that could use some attention, and described the kind of repairs will need to be done (some sooner rather than later) in a way I could understand, but his suggestions clearly came from a place of concern for my safety or avoiding damage to my house rather than meeting a sales quota. The cost of the maintenance check was very reasonable, and I confidently felt that I would be in good hands with Felix.
