Overall system is looking good on all electronics and motors . System is cooling beautifully.
Replaced customer provided filters. Found hard start capacitor not connected in main house system. Found dual capacitor for main house system not mounted and laying on contactor in the shipping box. Remounted hard start and mounted dual capacitor after replacement of contactor. Contactor had missing lug and lose connection causing the power wire to burn out and damage to the contactor. Shortened whip and repaired power wire. Found bedroom system with very dirty blower wheel. Sent estimates for cleaning blower and replacing both thermostats with Wi-Fi capable thermostats. After making repair, checked operation and checked Freon pressures. Systems have proper temperature drop but Freon pressures were odd due to the lower outdoor temperature than indoor. I don’t suspect an issue but customer can call back if there seems to be any problem when it gets hot outside.
